Finding a reliable assessment strategy is at the heart of driving teaching and learning. This category allows you to share how you have enabled a positive assessment culture to support student progress using Renaissance or GL solutions. You might want to share high-level data to demonstrate successful outcomes, but please do not send students' results and/or sensitive data to us directly.

Imagination is at the heart of teaching and learning, as well as creativity, energy and passion being key to getting students engaged and motivated. Enter a nomination for this award if you have found a unique or unusual way of engaging students in accessing the curriculum in the 2022/23 school year.
Have you introduced a curriculum initiative across your school/trust or learning centre that has brought learning alive for your students? This could be a successful literacy or maths initiative that spreads across the whole school, possibly involving parents and/or the wider community. Submit a nomination to share the success achieved with a large-scale initiative in the 2022/23 school year.
In recent years, edtech has enhanced education and made a real difference in and outside of the classroom. Let us know how you have used technology to help address a specific issue or engage students with unique needs. Everyone is seeking new and innovative ways to improve the way students learn and teachers teach. Use this category to demonstrate the impact that technology has made within your school/trust or learning centre, referencing Renaissance or GL solutions.
Schools strive to be outstanding by providing quality education for all. This can take many years. Is there an individual or team who has raised the bar for others and fostered an inclusive culture of engagement and success? Enter a nomination for this award if you, a colleague or team has demonstrated 'Outstanding Achievement' in the 2022/23 school year.
Has the librarian, information professional (or equivalent member of staff) in your school/learning centre created a welcoming space for students to escape into the world or reading? Is your reading space an active, engaging learning hub for both students and staff? Use this category to nominate someone who goes the extra mile to promote and celebrate the love of reading through creative Accelerated Reader displays and exciting incentives. The nominate could include how data is being used to drive engagement and student progress. Please do not share students' results and/or sensitive data with us directly.
Celebrating the achievements of individuals or establishments making a real difference to students with special education needs and disabilities, this category recognises the implementation of social, emotional needs and wellbeing initiatives that have had a positive impact on students in learning effectively, building resilience and coping with day-to-day challenges.
If you are unsure where to submit your entry, then the "Wild Card" category is for you! We want the Awards to be as inclusive as possible, but sometimes you just want to recognise a very specific event or activity - perhaps on social media? Providing it happened within the 2022/23 school year, let us know by completing a nomination in this category.
